Doc Bailey Training

Doc Bailey Training provides practical crane operator training focused on safety, competency, and certification readiness. Our programs are designed for individuals entering the industry for the first time, as well as experienced construction professionals seeking to upskill into crane operations.

Training is structured around real-world job-site expectations and industry standards, with a clear emphasis on preparing candidates for CCO written and practical examinations. Instruction covers crane fundamentals, inspections, site evaluation and setup, lift planning, load charts, applicable regulations, and hands-on operation.

We structure training in measurable hours rather than fixed-day blocks, allowing candidates to balance work, personal schedules, and training requirements. This approach supports steady skill development while maintaining flexibility.

Who We Serve

  • Individuals with no prior crane experience seeking a pathway into the construction industry

  • Construction and heavy equipment professionals expanding their qualifications

  • Employers seeking trained, job-ready crane operators

A CDL is beneficial for many roles, and candidates must be able to read and write in English to align with training materials and testing requirements. Training expectations align with DOT physical standards where applicable.
